What happens to your details

Last updated: 24 October 2026. This notice explains how Stephen Mallett, trading as Integrating Solutions, uses personal information collected through the Growth Check.

Who is responsible for your information?

Stephen Mallett, trading as Integrating Solutions, is the controller for the information described here. You can contact us at stephen@integratingsolutions.org or 24 Elmsdale Road, Liverpool, L18 1LX.

What we collect

What we look at

To create the report, the Growth Check reads information that is already public: the website you give us and, where available, a public Google Business Profile. We never ask for passwords or access to your accounts, analytics, advertising or call records.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use your information to run and provide the Growth Check you requested, show the resulting scorecard, answer a callback request, improve the check and keep a basic record of where enquiries come from. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: providing a useful requested service, responding to enquiries and improving it without intruding on your privacy. We carry out these activities only where we consider that interest does not override your rights and freedoms.

We do not add you to a general marketing list through the Growth Check. We may make one relevant follow-up about your result or a request you made. Any separate marketing will always give you a clear way to stop it.

Who receives your information

Information is processed in the systems we use to host the Growth Check and manage enquiries, including Netlify and HighLevel/LeadConnector. They act as service providers for the purposes above. We do not sell your information. If a provider processes information outside the UK, we use the safeguards required by UK data-protection law.

Automated checks

The Growth Check automatically reviews public website and public listing information and combines it with your answers to generate a scorecard and suggested actions. It does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.

How long we keep it

We keep check results, contact requests and related enquiry records for up to 12 months, then delete them unless we need them for an ongoing client relationship or a legal reason. If you ask us not to contact you for marketing, we keep the minimum information needed to honour that choice on a suppression list for two years.

Your report link

Your report is available through its own link. Anyone you share that link with can see the report, so share it with care.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your information. You can also ask for a portable copy where that right applies.

Your right to object to marketing: you can object to direct marketing at any time. Reply “no”, use the opt-out in the message, or email stephen@integratingsolutions.org. We will stop using your details for marketing and retain only what we need to respect that choice.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
